I am an experienced, qualified psychotherapist who, for over a decade, has conducted psychotherapy groups and provided psychodynamic therapy to individuals within the NHS. I am a registered BACP psychotherapist, a group work practitioner and an Associate Member of the Institute of Group Analysis.

I have worked with a wide range of patients within the NHS with diverse issues. I employ different modalities of therapy including: psychodynamic individual, couples, family, and group therapy, offering either short course or longer, open-ended treatment options.

I provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore the challenges you face, develop a better understanding of yourself, deepen your connection to others and the opportunity to increase your capacity for creativity and enjoyment.
